目的:人體體能會隨著年紀逐漸退化,間接影響個體活動量衰弱,如何維持身體功能、減少失能、降低醫療支出及提升生活品質成為一個很重要的課題,本研究目的探討12週不同運動訓練介入,對於65歲以上銀髮族功能性體適能的影響。方法:以金門地區65歲以上銀髮族為本研究對象。於開始實施運動處方前後各實施一次功能性體時能檢測,將結果以SPSS for Windows 20.0軟體進行資料處理與分析,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:本研究經過12周運動介入,並實施功能性體適能檢測結果分析出,「BMI」、「柔軟度抓背測驗」、「肌力手臂屈舉」、「肌力椅子坐立」、「2分鐘屈膝抬腿」、「動態平衡椅子坐立繞物」及「靜態平衡開眼單足立」皆達顯著(p<.05),而「腰臀圍比」及「柔軟度椅子坐姿體前彎」兩項並無明顯差異(p>.05)。結論:建議提高社區老人活動,以增進身體活動能力、促進身體健康、減少失能比率、培養健康老化環境。
Purpose: Human physical fitness will gradually degenerate with age, indirectly affect the amount of individual activities. This is a very important issue about how to maintain physical function, reduce disability, reduce medical costs and improve quality of life. This study explored the effects of 12-week different exercise training interventions on functional fitness in the elderly. Method: The study subjects are elderly people in Kinmen area. Functional fitness test before and after exercise prescription. Data analysis and Statistics: With SPSS 20.0 predictive analytics software, descriptive statistics and the independent t-test. The Significant level is defined as α=.05. Result: Functional fitness test after 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the significant improvement on 「BMI」、「back-scratch test」、「one-arm curl test」、「chair-stand test」、「2-min-walk test」、「8-foot up-and-go test」and「open eyes standing on one leg」(p< .05).But there were no significant changes observed on 「waist-hip ratio」and「chair sit and reach test」(p> .05).Conclusion: It proposed to increase the activities of the elderly to enhance physical performance, promote good health and reduce disability rate, develop a healthy aging environment.
