本研究在探討國中教師工作壓力、休閒運動調適與睡眠品質的關係。以彰化縣國中教師為研究對象,研究工具為「彰化縣國中教師工作壓力、休閒運動調適與睡眠品質問卷」,內容包括個人背景變項、教師工作壓力、休閒活動調適與睡眠品質等四部份,問卷共發出500份,回收489份,有效問卷為479份(98.0%)。採用套裝軟體SPSS19.0版統計軟體進行資料分析,描述性分析、簡單回歸分析和多元迴歸分析。國中教師工作壓力為中等與中等以上的程度,當教師在整體工作壓力愈高時,其整體上的睡眠品質愈不好。在教師工作壓力中,對於在人際關係構面上投入愈多的心力時,反而能使得主觀睡眠品質提昇。當國中教師工作壓力愈高時,愈需要休閒運動調適來獲得休閒運動調適的效益,進而紓解工作壓力。當教師在整體睡眠品質愈不好和睡眠困擾愈多時,其休閒運動調適的效益愈高,亦即,教師休閒運動調適程度愈高,在整體睡眠品質愈好。本研究可提供教育單位參考,以有效提提高教師休閒運動調適參與,讓休閒運動變成日常生活化,促進身體健康,以提升睡眠品質及降低工作壓力。
This thesis is to explore work loading, leisure sports adjustment and sleep quality of teachers in Changhua County junior high school. Use questionnaires as research tool which contain individual background, work loading, leisure sports adjustment and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). 500 questionnaires were sent out, and 489 were returned with a total of 479 (98.0%) valid questionnaires. The questionnaires analysis by statistical software SPSS19.0 Descriptive statistics and Simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis the work loading of middle teachers is intermediate and above which means the sleep quality has change for the worse when work loading become higher. Regarding work loading of teachers, sleep quality can be increased caused by interpersonal relationship. Teachers need more leisure sports adjustment to relieve stress when get more work loading. The effect of leisure sport adjustment will get more performance when teacher has lower sleep quality and obsession. In other words, sleep quality is proportional to leisure sport adjustment. This research can provide reference for educational institutions to effectively improve teachers' leisure sports adjustment and participation, make leisure sports a daily life, promote physical health, improve sleep quality and reduce work pressure.
