探討臺灣地區國民中學特殊教育教師的高低運動參與程度對工作壓力與工作滿意度之相關性。本研究以臺灣地區國民中學特殊教育教師為研究對象,採便利取樣進行問卷調查,共計發放300份問卷,有效量表為298份,有效回收率99.3%。本研究結果呈現特殊教育教師的運動頻率,以每週參與一次的比率最高,運動持續時間以31分鐘到60分鐘最高,運動強度以輕鬆運動者最多;已婚的女性特殊教育教師在工作壓力感知上明顯較已婚的男性高;特殊教育教師低運動參與程度組對工作壓力各變項與工作滿意度各變項皆呈現負相關。反之,高運動參與程度在工作滿意度與工作壓力有明顯的正向效果。依據研究結果提供建議,鼓勵特殊教育教師透過運動參與,降低工作壓力,增加工作滿意度,打造健康樂活工作環境。
This study was to explore the relationship between leisure sports participation, job stress and job satisfaction among the special education teachers of middle schools in Taiwan. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 298 valid scales. The effective recovery rate was 99.3%. Results showed that frequency of exercise was the highest once a week, the duration of exercise was the highest from 31 minutes to 60 minutes, and the intensity of exercise was the light activity. Married female teachers of special education were significantly higher on job stress than married male teachers. The variables of job stress and job satisfaction were all negatively correlated in the low sports participation of special education teacher. The high sports participation had a significantly positive effect on job stress and job satisfaction. The findings of this study recommended special education teachers should be encouraged to participate in sports to reduce job stress and create a healthy working environment.
