醫療院所從業人員工作壓力與休閒活動參與之研究－以部立南投醫院為例

本研究旨在探討醫療院所從業人員工作壓力與休閒活動參與現況與關係，並分析不同背景變項的醫療院所從業人員在工作壓力與休閒活動參與現況之差異情形。本研究以醫療院所從業人員為研究對象，以「工作壓力」及「休閒活動參與」量表為研究工具，採用問卷調查法共獲得有效問卷303份。以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等統計方式進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、就現況來看，工作壓力得分3.20、休閒活動參與得分2.88。二、背景變項中的「年齡」及「職稱」會對工作壓力造成顯著之差異。而「年齡」及「年資」會對休閒活動參與造成顯著之差異。三、工作壓力與休閒活動參與顯著相關。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議，作為相關單位之參考依據。

The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and relationship between work stress and leisure activity participation of medical institution practitioners, and to analyze the differences in work stress and leisure activity participation status of medical institution practitioners with different background variables. In this study, employees in medical institutions were used as the research objects, and the ＂work stress＂ and ＂leisure activity participation＂ scales were used as research tools. A total of 303 valid questionnaires were obtained by the questionnaire method. For descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The results are as follows: 1. As far as the current situation is concerned, the score of work stress is 3.20, and the score of leisure activity participation is 2.88. 2. ＂Age＂ and ＂Title＂ in the background variables will cause significant differences in work pressure. And ＂age＂ and ＂seniority＂ will make a significant difference in leisure activity participation. 3. Work stress is significantly correlated with participation in leisure activities. This study puts forward relevant suggestions based on its research results as a reference for relevant units.
