醫師由於擔任第一線救命的工作,工作情緒長期緊繃,需要藉由其他管道得以調節工作生活平衡。本研究的目的在瞭解工作壓力源、休閒活動參與與工作生活平衡之相互關係。本研究發放237份問卷,於2011年2月15日至2011年3月15日期間,以立意抽樣法來進行調查,利用描述性統計(Descriptive Statistics Analysis)、相關分析(Correlation Analysis)、迴歸分析(Regression Analysis)、T檢定(T-test Analysis)、單因子變異數分析(Analysis of Variance,ANOVA)來進行分析,得知醫師來自於病患處理的壓力最大,而在人際互動壓力最小,而科別、職位不同對於該兩項壓力來源的程度也不相同。醫師在不同科別休閒活動參與程度有顯著差異,休閒活動參與最多為精神科,最少為外科,且受測醫師認為生活被工作影響程度大,其中又以急診醫師為最。醫師來自人際互動及工作負荷的壓力與其工作生活平衡有顯著的相關,源於該兩項的壓力越大時,工作與生活越無法取得平衡。 建議醫療機構管理者調查醫師需求,提供醫師放鬆管道,增加休閒活動參與。同時建議醫師多參與休閒活動,並選擇從事能讓自己感到最快樂、放鬆之活動,以達工作與生活平衡。
Medical doctors need a balanced work and home life by means of various kinds of measures as they are constantly under high working pressure brought by their front-line life saving occupation nature. This study tries to explore the relations among source of working pressure, recreation activities and the work and life balance (WLB). Author of this study issued 237 copies of questionnaires to do a research between 2011-2-15 and 2011-3-15 with purposive sampling method. Data gathered out of the questionnaires are then analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, T-test analysis and analysis of variance. It came out that the doctors perceive the most pressure from taking care of the patients and the least from interpersonal relationship. And doctors in different departments or at different positions are in different degrees to those two pressre resourses. Doctors in different departments partake the leisure activities in different degrees; the headshrinkers partake most frequently while the chirurgeons are the most infrequently. The doctors also think that their life is strongly affected by their work especially the emergency medical technician. It is apparently relatived between the pressures from interpersonal relationship and working loads that the doctors got. When the pressures from those two sources getting higher, the more difficulties to balance work and life. The doctors’ sources of working pressure are apparently relevant to their WLB, when the working pressure getting heavier the WLB is more unavailable. The interpersonal relationship is greatly connected to working pressure and the WLB, the fewer pressures from the interpersonal relationship and work the more balance between work and life. This study recommends that the executive of the hospital should research the desire of the doctors and offer them relaxing methods and to make them participate the leisure activities more. It’s also recommended the doctors should participate the leisure activities more and choose the activities which can make them the most happiest and relaxed to let them make WLB.
