摘要

研究目的在澎湖地區遊客活動涉入、滿意度與再遊意願關係。並且探討體驗價值在活動涉入與再由意願之間關係是否具調節效果？使用Google表單方式發放電子問卷，便利取樣發放，有效回收數350份，運用JASP統計軟體進行分析，結果顯示：一、活動涉入正向影響滿意度。二、滿意度正向影響再遊意願。三、活動涉入正向影響再遊意願。四、體驗價值對於遊客活動涉入與再遊意願之間具有中介效果。本研究將提出建議給相關單位，做為進一步推動澎南地區的觀光產業。

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationships among activity involvement, satisfaction and revisit in Island of Penghu. Whether the perceived value was the mediated moderator between activity involvement and revisit? Electronic questionnaires made in Google Form, the convenience of sampling, recovery of 350 copies, analyzed with JASP statistical software. The results showed: Firstly, Involvement has a positive influence on satisfaction. Secondly, Satisfaction has a positive influence on revisit. Thirdly, Involvement has a positive influence on revisit. Fourth, Perceived value has mediator effect on the relationship between activity involvement and revisit. Based on the aboved research results, this research would make recommendations to relevant units to further promote the tourism industry in the southern main island of Penghu.
