國際運動賽會對地方運動觀光發展影響之研究

摘要

運動觀光已是觀光產業的主流市場，舉辦運動賽會能為主辦國帶入龐大的觀光收益，而社區居民對於擔任主辦國具有高度的意願與支持，但相對的，大型運動賽會也為主辦城市帶來經濟、社會文化與實質環境方面的負面影響。2009年即將在高雄舉辦之世界大學運動會，是台灣第一次申辦大型國際運動賽會。本研究旨在了解居民對2009年的世界大學運動會正面觀光衝擊認知、負面觀光衝擊認知、整體地方發展滿意度、未來觀光發展態度之間的關係。以高雄市舉行2009年的世界大學運動會附近的行政區域進行問卷調查，採便利取樣收集資料，有效問卷共計451份。透過相關係數辨別各構面之間的相對關聯性。研究發現：居民之個人利益發展運動賽會、預期的正負面衝擊認知、整體地方發展預期效益與未來運動觀光發展態度均有相互關係。

Sports tourism has been gradually became the majority in tourism industry. Local residents are willingness to host a sport mega event which can make host community increase huge benefits but may leads negative impacts such as economic, social culture, and environmental impacts. Therefore, Taiwan will be the first time to host sport mega event, International World Game Association, IWGA in 2009. The study would explore the relationship between personal benefit from sport event, residents' perceived sport mega event impact, overall community satisfaction and attitude toward future sport tourism development. The model consisted of five constructs and none hypotheses and is based on 451 questionnaires surveyed by residents of Kaohsiung City which is the host community of 2009 IWGA. Pearson Canonical Correlation Analysis would be used to explore the relationship between each construct. The result of this paper is that all five constructs are significantly correlated.
