本研究之目的主要在於分析職業婦女角色衝突與休閒阻礙之認知情形,以及分析兩者之間的相關情形。本研究以台中縣市已婚職業婦女為研究對象,採立意取樣的方式進行調查,計回收有效問卷506份。經描述統計、典型相關分析、以及迴歸分析後,本研究有以下的發現:1.職業婦女感受「工作佔用我與家人相處的時間」的「角色衝突」的因子最高。2.職業婦女感受「休閒阻礙」的因子,以「家事負擔」為最高。3.職業婦女「角色衝突」對「休閒阻礙」具有正負關係存在;而且職業婦女之「主婦角色衝突」,對「休閒阻礙」具有影響力。根據分析結果,本研究不僅對業者提出經營上之建議,亦對後續研究者提供後續研究方向。
The purpose of this was aimed to analyze recognized role conflict and leisure constraints by employee women. Besides, this study was design to understand relationship between role conflict and leisure constraints. Questionnaires was given to married employee women in Taichung county and city, and judgment sampling was used. 506 effective questionnaires were collected. After descriptive statistics, canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis, three results are shown: 1. There are perceived higher role conflict are ”the work occupy my live together time with husband and children” in employee women. 2. There are perceived higher leisure constraint is ”shoulder responsibility for family matters” in employee women. 3. There are positive and negative relationships between role conflict and leisure constraints in employee women, and ”the role of materfamilias” has influence on leisure conflict. Based on these findings, the study not only gives some suggestions for leisure and recreation supporter, but also supports research orientation for future researchers.
