The purpose of this study was to understand relationship among experiential marketing, corporation image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The subject was King's resort and spa consumer. The study used the questionnaire survey method and the period of survey was conducted during June 17 to July 20, 2006. 350 questionnaires were distributed, 256 questionnaires were returned and 231 questionnaires were valid. The valid rate arrived at 66%. The results of this study were: The experiential marketing and corporation image were to influence customer satisfaction. The corporation image and customer satisfaction were influence loyalty. The experiential marketing and corporation image were thought customer satisfaction to influence loyalty.
