Influence of Serious Leisure and Recreation Specialisation on Leisure Benefits for Forest Recreationists

摘要

本研究旨在探討森林遊憩者的認真性休閒、遊憩專門化和休閒效益之間的影響關係。研究對象為在武夷山國家公園從事森林遊憩相關活動的遊客為主，利用便利抽樣調查及面對面的方式進行問卷發放，取得有效問卷447份。通過SPSS對資料進行描述性統計、迴歸分析與Sobel檢定進行驗證。結果發現，認真性休閒對遊憩專門化有正向顯著的影響；認真性休閒對休閒效益有正向顯著的影響；遊憩專門化對休閒效益有正向顯著的影響；此外，遊憩專門化在認真性休閒對休閒效益上具有部分中介的效果。未來管理部門可以通過森林康體活動的辦理，協助森林遊憩者提高遊憩專門化的程度，進而促進休閒效益的提升。

This research aimed to the relationship between serious leisure and recreation specialisation on leisure benefits for forest recreationists. The participants used for this study included tourists engaged in forest recreation-related activities in Wuyishan National Park, were surveyed in this study using convenience sampling. A total of 447 usable questionnaires were achieved. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis and Sobel test were conducted by SPSS. This study found that serious leisure and recreation specialization all have positive impact on leisure benefits to participate in forest recreation tourism; moreover, recreation specialization had a partial mediator effect between serious leisure and leisure benefits. In the future, if management can enhance the forest recreationists in improve recreation specialisation through the process of forest recreation activities, so as to increase the degree of leisure benefits.
