CAN-BUS介面整合設計與飛行控制儀表之應用

Using CAN-BUS for Aircraft Instrument Display Integration and Control Application

摘要


飛機、車輛、及軍用裝備上所需之連接控制線繁雜且耗時,造成不易偵錯且浪費時間與金錢,故本文提出控制器區域網路(Controller Area Network, CAN)應用於儀表介面整合與控制相關應用。本系統可藉由整合電路板蒐集運輸器之引擎溫度、飛行高度、速度、姿態、油量、以及GPS等運行資訊,再經由CAN-BUS送至主控端或儀表顯示。CAN是一種串列通訊匯流排系統,在充滿雜訊的電氣環境下仍具有高階的資料整合能力,其開放的架構與提供使用者自行定義傳輸媒介的特性,創造絕佳的使用彈性。多主控端的CAN-BUS系統均可提供高度容錯與設計處理能力,可達到連線簡單化而節省許多空間,控制精簡及方便維修等目的。本文提出嵌入式(embedding)的觀念來溶入設計中,以有別於目前市面上的一些CAN-PCI介面卡必須插入PC中並配合適當的驅動程式才可以工作的設計,不但佔據空間且機動性較差。而CAN-RS232掌握了CAN及嵌入式(embedding)設計的精神,即可將此應用於相關的領域,如CAN-BUS的汽車上,應用層面相當廣泛。

This paper discusses a CAN-BUS for instrument display of transportation and control applications. The CAN-BUS is a kind of multi-master method of series communication bus; its design rule requires the high bit-rate and high electromagnetic-interference immunity. Based on above-mentioned characteristic, CAN-BUS is used widely for automotive industrial, intelligent power system on building, and security-monitoring system. In the proposed system, we integrate engine temperature, speed, oil-level, and GPS information into a circuit board and send them for controller or display instrument using CAN-BUS.
