具CAN-Bus功能之數位儀表介面研製

摘要


本研究針對具有控制器區域網路匯流排(CAN-Bus)通訊功能電動車用儀表板進行研發與應用,探討控制器區域網路匯流排傳輸介面接收電動車上的各個模組所傳送出的資訊,並另外以Visual Basic撰寫數位儀表介面的應用程式,由DMA- 2440XP平台顯示出電動車的各項狀態數據,例如:車速訊號、殘電量訊號、車輛錯誤訊號等各項訊息,發展出一套自我風格的車用數位儀表板。相較於傳統車輛,本系統可以在車輛行駛中提供更多有助駕駛人掌握行車狀態的資訊,當車輛發生任何突發狀況時也能立即反應,有效提高行車安全。預期本論文的研討結束後,除了能接收車輛訊號之外,還可以接收車輛錯誤訊息,藉由儀表呼叫診斷模式,進入車輛自我診斷系統,提供技師或駕駛者完整的車輛錯誤資訊,有效減少車輛維修的時間,增進維修品質。

In this study, the digital dashboard for electric vehicles is implemented and developed. CAN-bus is also adopted in the dashboard system for communication. The information sent from different modules of the electric vehicle is also discussed and analyzed. Besides, the application programs of the digital dashboard interface are written by using Visual Basic. The data from different status can be shown from the platform, DMA-2440XP. For example, speed signal, residual power signal, error signal, and other vehicle information. Compared to conventional vehicles, the proposed vehicle system can provide clear information to the driver while the vehicle is moving. When any emergent situation occurs in traffic, the driver can immediately response it through the proposed system. It is helpful and effective to traffic safety.
