利用GPS之定點啟動車頭燈研製

摘要


文旨在探討利用高功率RGB LED及GPS之功能特性,其在白天時可降低頭燈亮度做為晝行燈之應用。當到達GPS預設之隧道或特定山區路段時,可以自動開啟頭燈並調整至適合色溫且兼具方向燈功能,省去開啟頭燈之動作又可兼具晝行燈及方向燈功能。此功能可有效減少頭燈系統之燈具安裝數量與降低車輛電力系統耗損,並進一步提升駕駛者和路人之辨識能力與操作便利性。 首先本論文在實驗中,使用高功率RGB LED車頭燈模組,並自製定電流調光電路,控制RGB LED電流大小達到控制色溫之目的。利用數位訊號控制器作為執行與判斷之主要核心元件,接收GPS資料以及方向燈CAN-BUS訊號來作為判斷依據。最後證明此創新設計控制理論之可行性。

This theory is mainly discussing the idea turn on the headlight system of RGB LED and GPS. In the daytime, it can be used as the D.R.L (Daytime Running Light) and When we reach the default location of tunnel or specific mountain road by GPS, it can increase the brightness of the headlight and adjust to fit color temperature and it can be indicator, and eliminating the need to turn on the headlights of action can be D.R.L and indicator function. This application has obviously reduced the quantity of light module and decreased of the vehicle electric power. Moreover, it can upgrade the identification and operation of the drivers and pedestrians. In the beginning of this experiment, using the high power RGB LED light module and we homemade constant current circuit can control the RGB LED current size in order to stable the color temperature. By using the digital signal controller to determine the core of input signals which receiving GPS data and indicator signal by CAN-BUS, we can prove the result of the possibility of this new creativity designing.
