符合ISO15765通訊協定之CAN車輛診斷模擬系統製作

The Implementation of a Vehicle Fault Diagnostic Simulation System with ISO 15765 Protocol

摘要


本研究目的主要在實現符合ISO15765通訊協定之車輛診斷模擬系統製作。研究內容分成診斷器與具診斷功能之引擎ECU兩方面探討。在診斷器的製作,係配合NI-CAN介面卡,應用其庫存函式與Visual C++ 6.0程式語言的單文件樣版功能,且依據ISO15765通訊協定配合ISO 14229-1及ISO 15031通訊協定來設計車輛診斷器應用程式。在實體架構建立,乃利用Atmel T89C51CC01微控制器、Philips PCA 82C251收發器與其它相關電子零件製作出具有CAN診斷功能之車輛引擎ECU模擬實體。整合車輛診斷器與具有CAN診斷功能之車輛引擎ECU模擬實體成爲一車輛診斷模擬系統,並對此系統進行故障診斷、引擎運轉參數擷取。測試結果顯示,車輛診斷器在擷取車輛引擎ECU模擬實體的引擎運轉參數,所得結果與實際引擎運轉數據相吻合;而在故障診斷測試,其取得資訊亦與實際故障設定情況一致。實驗證明本研究所製作車輛診斷器與實際具CAN診斷功能之車輛引擎ECU做連結具可行性,且依此研究所製作之具診斷功能之引擎ECU模擬實體可作爲開發符合CAN診斷功能之實際車輛ECU其診斷功能製作之雛型。

The purpose of this research is for the implementation of a vehicle fault diagnostic simulation system with ISO 15765 communication protocol. The research is divided into two parts to study: one is the fault diagnostic tester and the other is the simulation engine ECU with diagnostic function. For the fault diagnostic tester, a NI-CAN card and Visual C++ 6.0 with single-document template are utilized to design its application program according to ISO 15765, ISO 14229-1 and ISO 15031 communication protocols. In the part of physical structure, the micro controller of Atmel T89C51CC01, the transceiver of Philips PCA 82C251, and other electronic components are used to simulate a vehicle engine ECU with CAN diagnostic function. Integrate the fault diagnostic tester and the simulation engine ECU with diagnostic function to form a vehicle fault diagnostic simulation system. Furthermore, the fault diagnostic tests and the acquiring of signals of engine operating parameters are carried out for the simulation system. The test results show that the read values on the fault diagnostic tester match the actual physical values; moreover, the received trouble codes correctly match the corresponding demand of the system formulation. Therefore, the feasibility of adopting the fault diagnostic tester in connection with a practical vehicle engine ECU with CAN diagnostic function is validated, and the simulation engine ECU developed in this research can be a prototype for developing a practical vehicle engine ECU with CAN diagnostic function.
