摘要


本文研究目的在於開發符合ISO 14230通訊規範的簡易型車用診斷儀器,具有觸控螢幕,易於攜帶使用方便。 本研究內容主要分為硬體與韌體設計兩大部分。簡易型車用診斷儀器核心控制器採用NXP 1768晶片,並搭配122*32螢幕作為顯示診斷訊息。韌體部分,以ISO 14230通訊協定之實體層、資料鏈結層、傳輸層、網路層及應用層(ISO14230-1、ISO14230-2、ISO 14230-3),作為本文所撰寫車輛通訊協定之診斷應用程式規劃的依據。簡易型車用診斷儀器啟動後,系統之K-Line轉換電路及DLC 3診斷接頭,與Varica引擎ECU連線;由按鍵控制下達指令,擷取ECU故障碼分析後,顯示於螢幕上,提供車輛維修業者使用。 本研究開發之簡易型診斷儀器,可隨身攜帶且操作介面簡易;它可以提供一般駕駛者行車前檢查,亦可提供作為修車時基本檢驗用,未來可藉由韌體程式更新,提供多家車種同步使用。

This paper research aims to comply with a standard ISO14230 communication technical specification Hand-held Vehicle Diagnostic Instrument, with 122*32 screen display, easy to carry and easy to use. This paper research is divided into hardware and firmware design two parts. This using NXP 1768 core controller chip of Hand-held Vehicle Diagnostic Instrument, and with 122*32 screen as a display diagnostic messages to hardware part. Firmware section a standard ISO 14230 physical layer, data link layer, transport layer, network layer and application layer(ISO 14230-1, ISO 14230-2, ISO 14230-3), as this article written by a vehicle communication protocol diagnostic application planning. Hand-held Vehicle Diagnostic Instrument startup, the system of K-Line conversion circuit and DLC3 diagnostic connector, and Varica engine ECU connection, directed by button to retrieve ECU fault code analysis, displayed on the screen, providing a vehicle maintenance industry to use. This paper research and development of Hand-held Vehicle Diagnostic Instrument, portable and easy to operate interface; it can provide a general check before driving motorists, but also to provide basic test when used as a vehicle, the future can be updated via a firmware program, providing more than vehicles used simultaneously.
