臨床語言治療師工作滿意度之研究

A Study of Job Satisfaction on speech-language Pathologist

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臨床語言治療師對工作滿意度的整體看法,並分析個人內在及外在環境因素對工作滿意度的影響。本研究採用質性研究之半結構式訪談法,對台灣北、中、南部地區共計八名臨床語言治療師進行訪談。所得資料以質性方式進行整理與分析,獲致下列幾項發現:一、個案量減少、工作具自主性或有成就感等個人內在因素,會直接影響到臨床語言治療師之工作滿意度。二、薪資、工作環境之外在因素,會直接影響到臨床語言治療師之工作滿意度;而單位升遷或獎金制度等因素則影響程度低。三、臨床語言治療師整體工作滿意度感受傾向中至高程度,惟影響其工作滿意度之前三因素,依序為自主性、成就感與薪資、穩定性。

The purpose of this study was to explore perception of job satisfaction from eight clinical speech therapists representing northern, southern, and central part of Taiwan. The internal factors and external factors toward the impact on job satisfaction were analyzed. Semi-structural interviews were used to collect different aspects of their job feelings, including job status, job autonomy, stability, fulfillment, salary and welfare, organization strategy, job environment, relationship, and total job satisfaction. The findings were as followed: 1. Reducing work loading, improving job autonomy and job fulfillment were the internal factors that directly influenced therapist perceptions of job satisfaction. 2. Salary and welfare, and job environment were the external factors that directly influenced therapist perceptions of job satisfaction, whereas job promotion and payroll system were the factors that less influenced their perceptions of job satisfaction. 3. The total tendency of job satisfaction was moderate to high. Job autonomy, fulfillment, salary and welfare, and job stability were the top four factors that influence their perceptions of job satisfaction
