探討專利商品化的價值評估因素與發展趨勢－以新北市發明人協會為例

摘要

本研究先由專利商品化價值評估之相關文獻探討，整理出影響專利商品化成功與否的因素，再以問卷方式，發放專利商品化價值評估表給新北市發明人協會進行評估。根據發明人對專利商品化價值評估重要程度給予評估分數，本文再計算平均數，並分配權重。同時本研究也針對新北市發明人協會商品化方式選用的現況，開始探討發明人選擇自行商品化方式的原因研究。結果發現，新北市發明人協會發明人對專利商品化的價值評估因素，在技術價價值中，最重要因素為技術競爭能力；在智財權應用價值中，最重要因素為專利技術侵權；在商業價值與消費市場中，最重要因素為消費品必需性；在經營層面中，最重要因素為產品產值利潤。由於台灣在創新體制環境的局限，或發明人使用社會資源的能力有限，自行商品化通常是新北市發明人協會發明人最後的選擇。本結果希望藉由新北市發明人協會發明人在專利商品化價值評估與發展趨勢的研究，提供未來台灣發明人在專利商品化之參考。

In this study, we sort out the impact of the patent commercialization success factors by exploring the literature related to the patent commercialization valuation, and then we distributed the evaluation forms to New Taipei City Inventors Association by questionnaires to evaluate. According to the importance of the assessment scores given by the inventors of the patent commercialization valuation, the paper and then calculate the average, and assign weights. Besides, this study also explore the reasons why those inventors chose commercialization by their own under the concurrent commercialized chosen status of New Taipei City Inventors Association. The results find that the most important factor is the technological competitiveness in the technical price value; the most important factor is the patent infringement in intellectual property rights; the most important factor in the necessity is the consumer goods in commercial value and consumer markets; the most important factor is production value profit in business operation. Since the innovation environment is limited in Taiwan, or it’s hard to use community resources for inventor, it usually caused the results for inventor to choose commercialization by their own. Through exploring the inventors of New Taipei City Inventors Association, the study intends to help the inventors in Taiwan to conduct patent commercialization in the future.
