新冠肺炎疫情下大學生畢業旅行該何去何從？國民旅遊與旅遊新創之新契機

Where Should College Students Go for Graduation Trips under COVID-19: New Opportunities for Domestic Tourism and Tourism Innovation

摘要

近來海外旅行成為大學生畢業旅行的趨勢，除了國內的知名景點已造訪過多次，加上國內旅遊費用不低，到海外國家自然變成首選。但自從去年新冠肺炎疫情來襲，國內旅遊成為唯一選擇，不論是離島或環島旅遊，如何規劃一個完美行程，是大多數大學畢業生所引領企盼與追求的目標，同時也創造旅行社深耕國民旅遊與旅遊創新的新契機。本研究透過與旅行業者，與參加過畢業旅行大學生進行深入訪談，以及對一般大學生進行線上問卷調查，研究目的有以下幾點：1.旅行業者經營大學生畢業旅行的經驗及現況、2.大學生對畢業旅行的動機、偏好與考慮因素、3.大學生海外旅遊經驗與旅遊條件的重視度與滿意度、4.大學生畢業旅行受新冠肺炎疫情影響程度。最後，綜合研究結果，提出以下建議。給旅遊業者建議：1.客觀性看待疫情衝擊，積極應對化危機為轉機、2.領取政府因應疫情提供的相關補助，進行公司結構性的調整、3.配合政府之振興方案，深耕國民旅遊與旅遊創新；給大學生建議：1.危機變契機，善用國內旅遊補助與旅遊方案、2.落實防疫，安心旅遊、3.跟團安全，一樣好玩、4.一起畢業旅行與遊台灣；給政府相關單位建議：1.以提升觀光產業與永續發展為目標，完善離島與環島旅遊的建設、2.宣傳離島與環島旅遊，成為未來國際觀光客來台旅遊的目標、3.將離島與環島旅遊發展成大學生畢業旅行行程的選擇之一。

Recently, overseas travel has become the trend for graduation trips for college students, not only because the well-known domestic attractions have been visited many times, but also because the costs of domestic travels are not low. Consequently, overseas travel has become the first graduation travel choice. However, since the COVID-19 hit last year, domestic travel has become the only choice for graduation trips. No matter if it is an outlying island or a round-island tour, how to plan a perfect itinerary is the goal that most college graduates pursue, which has also created new opportunities for travel agency that is deeply engaged in domestic tourism and tourism innovation. Through travel industry operators, this research conducted in-depth interviews with college students who had participated in graduation trips, and online questionnaire surveys with current college students. The research objectives are as follows: 1. To reveal the experience and current situations in operating college students' graduation trips for travel agencies; 2. To discover college students' motivation, preferences and consideration factors for graduation trips; 3. To find out the degree of importance and satisfaction for college students' overseas travel experience and travel conditions; 4. To realize the degree of influence for college students' graduation trips affected by COVID- 19. Finally, based on the research results, the following suggestions are made to the three parties. First, suggestions to travel agencies: 1. Look at the impact of the epidemic objectively, actively respond to the crisis into a turnaround; 2. Receive relevant subsidies from the government in response to the epidemic, while making structural adjustments to the company; and 3. Cooperate with the government's revitalization plan, and deepen the development of domestic tourism and tourism innovation. Second, advice to college students: 1. Make the best use of domestic tourism subsidies and travel plans when the epidemic crisis remains; 2. If we activate prevention measures, we can travel with peace of mind in Taiwan; 3. Travel agency can meet the requirement of safety and entertainment; and 4. Graduation travelling together in Taiwan. Third, suggestions to the related government units: 1. With the goal of improving the domestic tourism industry and its sustainable development, improve the overall construction for outlying islands and round-island travels; 2. Promote outlying islands and round-island tourism to attract become international tourists in the future; and 3. Develop outlying islands and round-island itineraries into one of the options for college students' graduation trips.
