學生個人特質、學習行為、學習參與和學習成效關係之研究-以致理數位學院為例

A Study of the Relationship between Students' Personal Characteristics, Learning Behavior, Learning Engagement and Learning Outcomes: Chihlee Digital College as an example

摘要


數位學習打破傳統教學在時間、空間上的限制,而雙向、多媒介的互動模式,提升了學生的學習效果。然而,除了數位教材內容與呈現方式外,過去研究發現,學生的學習方式與行為也會影響到學習成效。本研究以致理科技大學數位學院為研究的平台,從學生的使用行為與參與程度,探討對其數位學習成效的影響。樣本以選修貿易行銷課程之學生為對象,針對其學習行為、學習參與和學習成效進行初探性研究。本研究回收有效樣本共54份,運用迴歸分析針對學生之個人特質、學習行為和學習參與對學習成效進行探究。分析結果顯示,學生在數位平台的學習行為與學習參與,對其學習成效有正向顯著的影響。根據研究結果,建議教師可強化學生在數位平台的學習行為,增加學生在數位平台的學習參與,以提升學生的學習成效。

Digital learning breaks the limitations of time and space in traditional teaching, and its two-way, multi-media interactive mode improves students' learning outcomes. In addition to the content and presenting style of digital teaching materials, past research has found that students' learning types and behavior also affect learning outcomes. This research uses the data of Chihlee University of Technology as a research sample, and explores the impact of students' using behavior and participation in their learning outcomes. The sample is collected with students who take the trade marketing course, and conducts preliminary research on their learning behavior, learning engagement and learning outcomes. A total of 54 valid samples were collected in this study, and regression analysis was used to explore the learning effect of students' personal characteristics, learning behavior and learning engagement. The result shows that students' learning behavior and learning engagement on the platform has a positive and significant impact on their learning outcomes. According to the result, it is suggested that a teacher can strengthen students' learning behavior on a platform and increase students' engagement in learning activity, to improve students' learning outcomes.
