摘要

本研究係針對目前生活品質研究的測量、理論與分析進行探討，未來台灣在生活品質研究大致可朝向以下四個方向投注更多心力。首先，未來研究宜針對生活品質在跨時變遷與跨國比較，進行系統性分析的本土研究。其次，生活品質研究未來有必要統整各派解釋理論，並進行多項本土與跨國大型調查資料的檢證。再者，未來研究宜透過多層次模型的分析，凸顯不同時代的變遷與不同社會文化脈絡的國家在生活福祉上是如何受到不同層級解釋因素的影響。最後，當前全球化的變遷脈絡已然伴隨各國社會不均的擴大，以及社會保障（尤其是就業安全）的式微與失業風險的提高；這樣的時代脈絡將如何衝擊各國人民的生活福祉。因此，未來生活品質相關議題的研究有必要結合社會保障的政策分析。

The objective of this study focuses on the measurement, theory, and analysis of quality of life research. This study proposes four future directions of research agenda on quality of life research. First, future research should conduct more temporal trends and cross-national comparisons on quality of life, and include Taiwan into the analysis. Second, researchers need to integrate theories from different perspectives and engage more empirical research to examine the validity of different theories of quality of life research. Third, future research should conduct more multi-level analysis and take into account the differential effects of individual traits, organization characteristics, and social structure on quality of life. Finally, globalization trends coupled with social inequalities have dramatically increased job insecurity, future research on quality of life need to integrate policy perspective of social protection into the analysis.
