家庭暴力加害人參與認知輔導團體後行為改變之探索性研究

摘要

本研究透過深度訪談暸解家暴加害人參與認知輔導團體後對於家暴事件的看法及行爲的改變，並結合家庭暴力行爲改變量表（URICA-DV量表）之評估，以暸解家暴加害人之改變。研究收集高雄縣及嘉義縣5位參與認知輔導團體之加害者，研究結果在改變部分：一、想法轉變部分，受訪者多以（一）暫停一下思考方式、（二）學習忍耐、（三）學習控制自己的情緒、（四）學習往好處想等來改變自己的想法。二、情緒轉變的部分，受訪者多表示願意（一）學習控制自己的情緒，（二）避免生氣、不要衝動。三、在行爲上，爲了避免再犯，受訪者表示會採用（一）遠離現場、（二）不回應、（三）控制飲酒、避免情緒失控等方式來因應。此外，家庭暴力行爲改變量表（URICA-DV量表）可以測出受訪者間的差異，有兩位完成認知輔導課程後仍處於思考前期、兩位處於思考期，一位於行動低復發期。量表之使用可彌補訪談者之觀察與分析，因此對於家暴加害者之改變評估部分，可以考慮使用家庭暴力行爲改變量表作爲輔助評估工具。

This study aim to use a in-depth interview to understand what the batterer think about their domestic violence affair and the stage of change after they joined the cognitive counseling program, also use The University of Rhode Island Change Assessment-Domestic Violence scale to assessment, try to understand the effect of cognitive counseling program, provide clinical worker to use.
This study had 5 samples came from Kaohsiung county and Chiayi county, The finding of this study: in thought part, the subjects used: 1. stop and think 2. learn to endure 3. learn to control self-emotion 4. learn to think the good part. In emotion part, the subjects used: 1. learn how to control their emotion, 2. avoid anger and not lose control. 3. in behavior part, the subjects used: 1. to be removed from the locale, 2. not to response, 3. control their alcohol drinking, to avoid mood lose control. Besides, the URICA-DV scale can differentiate from subjects, two subjects were in precontemplation, two were in contemplation, and one in action low relapse. The use of scale can redeem the research's observation and analysis, thus, want to evaluation the batterer's change, clinical worker can use URICA-DV scale as a objective tool.
