摘要

本文從相關的研究文獻探討保護性社會工作者工作條件問題，包括人力不足、人身安全威脅等情形。並針對三縣市（彰化市、新竹市、台北市）的保護性社會工作者進行訪談，並就座談內容整理出目前保護性社工之工作內容及現況。由訪談中發現舊有的問題如人力不足仍然存在外，中央方案及會議的過多亦是造成工作量過多的主因。最後，提出未來關於改善保護性社工工作條件之建議，以作爲主管機關之參考。

The article discussed the problem of protection social worker's working condition question, including manpower insufficiency, Personal safety threat and so on. And aims at three county cities (Zhanghua, Hsinchu, Taipei) the protection social workers carry on the discussion .This discussion content reorganizes work of content and present situation. According to the interview, insufficient manpower and overloading works with programs or meetings are still the main reason. Finally, it was proposed the suggestions of the improvement protection social worker's working condition in order to regard as the reference of the competent authority.
