摘要

性謀殺和系列殺人都是社會關注的焦點。這些令人恐怖的犯罪行為常引起社會的極大恐慌。系列殺人犯罪中被害人有相當多是女性，而女性被害人中的大多數或者在被殺之前遭遇了性侵，或者在被殺死之後被奸屍。系列殺人的犯罪者通常有固定類型的殺害對象，當目標選定為女性被害人時，犯罪行為一般都十分殘暴，犯罪人背後存在著特定的犯罪模式。減少連續性侵類型的性謀殺事件的發生具有重大的社會現實意義。本文試圖對一個連續性侵殺人犯進行詳細的個案研究。通過對其個人遭遇經歷和具體的訪談資料研究中，尋找其犯罪行為背後的心理變化、犯罪誘因和個性特質。希望通過研究發現給連續性侵和性謀殺的犯罪預防提供一定的參考啟示。

Sexual murder and serial murders are the focus of social attention. These horrific crimes often cause great panic in society. A large number of victims of serial murders are women, and most of the female victims have been sexually assaulted before being murdered, or have been raped after being murdered. The serial murderer usually has a fixed type of murder object. When the target is selected as a female victim, the criminal behavior is generally very brutal, and there is a specific criminal pattern behind the criminal. It is of great social significance to reduce the incidence of sexual assault. This paper attempts to conduct a detailed case study of a continuous sexual assault. Through the study of his personal experience and specific interview data, this paper tries to find out the psychological changes, criminal incentives and personality characteristics behind his criminal behavior. We hope that the findings obtained through the study can provide some reference value for the prevention of continuous sexual assaults and sexual murders.
