團體處遇對愛滋患者的憂鬱與社會支持影響之研究

摘要

本研究目的旨在評估支持團體對愛滋病患憂鬱程度與社會支持程度的社會心理調適之影響。本研究係採類實驗前後測對照組實驗設計，以八週的支持團體為介入方案，運用量化的研究方法，以評估支持團體方案對愛滋病患社會心理調適的影響。研究對象分別於團體前、團體中間及團體結束後進行憂鬱、社會支持等二個量表的資料收集，並且在每次團體進行後，針對團體目標、團體氣氛及滿意度之調查，以瞭解團體成員對團體過程之評量，並且進一步針對團體結束後之實驗組成員以深入訪談的方法收集支持團體結束後之改善情形。研究樣本係選自醫學中心之門診或曾住院之愛滋病患為對象，總收案人數共計21人，採立意取樣與性別、年齡及發病年齡等的配對方式，分為實驗組10人與對照組11人，實驗組提供支持團體為介入措施。研究結果發現，支持團體方案的介入可以有效顯著地降低愛滋病患的憂鬱程度，且有效提升愛滋病患的社會支持狀況。結果顯示在憂鬱及社會支持程度二項評量社會心理調適的影響有其顯著效果，研究發現可以論證愛滋病患支持團體確實具有相當之成效影響。依本研究結果發現，建議以團體工作模式提供臨床醫療、社區社會工作及相關專業人員對愛滋病患臨床服務之參考，並且建議將團體工作相關課程列入社工及相關人員之專業進階訓練，以提升社工及相關人員對愛滋病患臨床服務之專業能力。

The purpose of this study was to make a objective appraisal that the effects of support groups to the social psychology of AIDS patients in depression and social support. The study is a quasi experimental pre-post control group design with 8 weeks support groups. We use the quantification to appraisal the effect of support group to the social psychology of HIV(+)/AIDS Patients patients. There are three waves of data collections that include pre-test, in-test and post-test which contain depression emotion, and social support system. After that, individual interview are performed to collect and analysis the whole data base from these three waves. A total of 21 HIV/AIDS patients were selected in medical center in Taipei. The patients were assigned after matched their gender, age and AIDS year and experimental group with 10 persons and control group with 11 persons. We found that the support group effectively reducing melancholy and increasing social support of HIV/AIDS patients. This study also proves the AIDS support groups is effective to patients. Overall through this kind of HIV/AIDS patients support groups system, there are positive psycho-social adjustments to the individual HIV/AIDS patients in Social relationship. According to the result of this study, recommendations were to provide social support model to clinical treatments, community social work and references in AIDS clinical nursing. And it also recommend add the content in class of group work to the advanced training of social worker to improve the ability of AIDS clinical nursing.
