摘要

護理照護目的是期望提供病人一個滿足其健康需求及安適的狀態，任何的護理照護疏失皆可能造成病人健康需求不被滿足及增加醫療成本，甚至對病人造成不同程度的傷害。當護理過程中某環節出現問題時，若有護理人員發現並阻斷其進展，則疏失不會發生；反之，病人的照護需求則容易被錯過或遺漏。護理照護疏失議題日漸受到重視，但目前欠缺有系統及整體性的概念分析與預防方法之探討。因此，本文運用Walker和Avant（2005）發展的概念分析步驟，針對「護理照護疏失」概念進行分析，以確認其定義性特徵，並列舉範例來加以說明，以期護理人員能了解此概念，並應用於臨床實務上，以預防護理照護疏失案例的發生，並增進護理照護品質及確保病人就醫安全。

The purpose of nursing care is to provide a satisfied status and well-being to patients. Any inappropriate nursing care may cause an unsatisfied outcome, increase medical cost, and even a harmful result to patients. Once a problem is developed in a nursing process, if the nursing staffs can discover and block the progress, the omission may not occur; on the contrary, the miss or omission may occur easily. Recently, the issue of missed nursing care has attracted attention, however, a systemic and comprehensive conceptual analysis and discussion is lack. This paper apples the method outlined by Walker and Avent (2005) to analyze the concept of missed nursing care, confirms its defining characteristics, and enumerate the examples to explain the concept. In order to prevent the occurrence of missed nursing care, promote the quality of nursing care and ensure patients' safety, we expect nursing staffs can have a better understanding of this concept and apply it in the daily practice..
