我在社工這條路上的實踐與反思

摘要

走在社會工作這條路上，我一直不斷在思考的問題是：「為什麼我要做社會工作？」因為這個問題，讓我在實踐當中不斷反思，而在參加社工專協的社工督導培訓與認證的訓練中，我開始將我的想法與領悟寫成一篇篇的文章，記錄下來我的想法。「現在」-課業輔導是希望能夠給弱勢的孩子更多選擇的機會、「公平」-升學是學生間個人的競爭與考試，可是弱勢學生擁有公平的機會嗎、「圭臬」-如何從困境中找到出路是我們自己的責任，這三篇文章在論述社會工作者在服務時面對的環境；「看見」-對於原住民兒童的學業表現與期待應該打折扣嗎、「規劃」-弱勢學生的服務應該是多久的計畫呢、「機會」-在做決定時我有沒有想過我的決定會不會影響另外一個人的人生呢、「接力」-協助弱勢學童脫離貧窮與犯罪是一場接力賽，每位參與過的這場接力賽的人都同樣重要，這四篇文章在論述社會工作者在服務時應有的態度；「說書」-社工的專業不是形式，社工的專業是協助案主解決問題、「吊牌」-優勢能力才是最重要的能力、「商道」-利用獨門且賠本的服務跟政府單位合作，達到「服務對象-政府-博幼」三贏的局面、「接受」-除了脫離經濟弱勢之外，心靈的脫離弱勢也很重要，這四篇文章在論述社會工作者在服務時能有的方法。於是我將我的想法與體悟寫下來，來告訴自己應該怎麼不忘初衷的從事社會工作，以及如何才能創造一個讓弱勢者有希望的願景與未來？

Walking on the road of social work, the question I have been thinking about is: ＂Why do I have to do social work?＂ Because of this question, let me continue to reflect on my practice process. Because participating in the training and certification of social worker of Taiwan Association of Social Workers, I began to write down my thoughts and insights into a lot of articles to record my thoughts. ＂Now＂ - Tutoring for after school learning gives the disadvantaged children an opportunity of more choices. ＂Fair＂ - To enter the next grade school is the competition and examination of students. However, do the disadvantaged students have a fair chance? ＂The standard＂ - How to get away from the plight is our own responsibility. These three articles discuss the environment in which the social workers face when they service. ＂See＂ - Should we discount the academic performance and expectations of aboriginal children? ＂Planning＂ - How long should the service of the disadvantaged students be? ＂Opportunity＂ - Do I think about that it may affect another person's life when I make a decision? ＂Relay＂ - To help the disadvantaged children out of poverty and crime is a relay race. Everyone participating in this relay race is equally important. The four articles discuss the attitude social workers should have in the service. ＂Storytelling＂ - The profession of social work is not a form but to help the breadwinner to solve the problem. ＂Tag＂ - The advantage ability is the most important ability. ＂Business＂ - To use the unique service which will lose money with government units achieve a win-win-win situation of ＂breadwinner-government-Boyo.＂ ＂Acceptance＂ - In addition to break away from the economic weakness, to break away from the weakness of mind is also very important. These four articles discuss the methods social workers can use in the service. So I write down my thoughts and minds to tell myself how I keep my original intention to do the social work, and how I create a vision and future for the disadvantaged.
