金融從業人員工作壓力、休閒調適及身心健康狀況之研究

摘要

本研究之目的旨在探討金融從業人員的工作壓力、休閒調適及身心健康狀況之相關情形。本研究樣本的選取係以國泰世華銀行的員工為研究對象，採便利取樣的方式進行問卷調查及蒐集相關資訊。本研究共計發出問卷600份，有效問卷421份，有效問卷回收率為70%，依研究目的及驗證假設，本研究以典型相關及多元逐步迴歸進行資料分析，研究結果顯示：工作壓力、休閒調適及身心健康狀況方面三者之間均有顯著的相關，且工作壓力及休閒調適可以有效預測身心健康。最後本研究依據研究結果提出建議。

The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between job stress, leisure coping, and physical and mental health of bank employees. The sample frame is based on the employees of Cathay United Bank. Convenience sampling was used to conduct the survey for this research; 600 questionnaires were distributed and 421 of them were returned. The valid response rate is around 70%. Canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The research findings are: Banker employees' job stress, leisure coping, and physical & mental health are significantly correlated. The banker employees' job stress and leisure coping significantly influence their physical & mental health. Based on the above findings, several strategies associated with bank employees' job stress and leisure coping are suggested for improving their physical & mental health.
