Using DEMATEL to Construct the Model of Leisure Constraints for Direct Sellers

摘要

本研究首先藉由文獻整理及專家意見法彙整出直銷商休閒阻礙之影響因素；再透過產業界與學界之專家對之深入訪談，進一步了解直銷商休閒阻礙之現況，並蒐集其影響因素，與文獻所得之因素作整合後，彙整出直銷商之休閒阻礙影響因素。接著採用決策實驗室分析法（DEMATEL）進行分析，透過直銷商團隊發放專家問卷，篩選出休閒阻礙影響因素。實證研究結果顯示「結構性阻礙」因素是核心影響源，影響了「人際間阻礙」與「個人內在阻礙」，而「人際間阻礙」是最終受影響源，受到其它因素的影響。休閒阻礙構面中以「結構性阻礙」影響程度最高，因此直銷領導人應首先改善直銷商結構性阻礙之因素，包括休閒資訊不足、沒有時間等等。

This paper summarizes the literature reviews to find the factors affecting leisure constraints of direct sellers. For fully understanding these related issues and mining the factors, deeply interviewing experts and scholars in academic circles and direct selling industry is used. Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) containing expert questionnaire was used to analyze and screen for key factors. The results of statistical findings revealed that structural constraint is core factor, interpersonal constraint is independent factor and personal factor is dependent factor respectively. In addition, structural constraint exerts the greatest effect on the overall influential degree. Interpersonal constraint is the most critical influenced factor. The conclusions were drawn that structure constraints, such as lack of leisure facilities, information and activities, should be removed.
