大專院校體育相關學系學士班應屆畢業生擔任體育專業人員之傾向

A Study on the Sport-related Department Students in University Occupy Physical Education Professionals Tendency

摘要

本研究目的在於瞭解，體育相關學系學生擔任體育專業人員傾向之現況；並比較不同領域體育相關學系學生擔任體育專業人員之傾向；爲達此目的，本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究，並以自編之「大專院校體育相關學系應屆畢業生擔任體育專業人員之傾向調查問卷」爲工具，以95學年度大專體育相關學系學士班應屆畢業生研究對象、比例抽樣方式進行問卷施測；總計抽取樣本數1,160位，回收有效問卷638份，有效問卷之回收率爲55%。再以SPSS12.0中文版套裝軟體進行資料分析，進而以次數分配及百分比等描述性統計爲分析方法。得到結果如下：一、擔任體育專業人員整體傾向方面，以運動管理及教學指導等類爲主；二、各領域學生擔任體育專業人員之傾向，與其就讀領域相關；三、各領域學生在擔任體育專業人員傾向上有所不同。另外，本研究亦對此議題在後續研究方面，提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the sport-related department students in university occupy physical education professionals tendency, and comparing different domain sport-related department students in university occupy physical education professionals tendency. This study, whose subjects were the graduates graduated in 95 session, was conducted by questionnaires. While 1,160 participants were selected by proportional sampling, 638 effective questionnaires were collected, reaching to the rate of 55%. After processing the data was using the SPSS 12.0 for Windows with descriptive statistics, including frequency distribution and percentage. Several conclusions were made as follows: 1.Occupy physical education professionals whole tendency of the same kind by the movement management and the teaching instruction. primarily; 2.Various domains student in occupy physical education professionals tendency, the usual choice if goes study the domain to be related; 3. Various domains student in occupy physical education professionals tendency has differently. In addition, this study also regarding this subject in the following research aspect, puts forward the proposal.
