運動社會支持對國中生體適能之影響~以北市成淵高中國中部學生為例

The Effect of Sport Social Support on Health Related Physical Fitness of Junior High Students-Take the Junior High Students of Taipei Municipal Cheng Yuan Senior High School as an Example

摘要


本研究目的在探討國中生之運動社會支持與其對體適能之影響,以北市成淵高中國中部學生各年級隨意抽樣兩班學生,總共六班218人為研究對象,實施運動社會支持問卷調查及體適能測驗,探討國中各年級學生運動社會支持對體適能之差異情形。回收之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方式進行分析。研究結果得到如下結論:一、不同年級因家長對其課業要求和對朋友的同儕認同感之差異而對運動支持向度而有不同。但女生因社會的傳統刻版印象而使男生之運動社會支持高於女生。二、男、女學生之體適能皆在常模內,唯七年級女生身體質量指數與柔軟度與常模相較之下在合格邊緣。三、運動社會支持有助於學生體適能表現。

The aim of the research discusses about the influence of sport social support on junior high students' health related physical fitness. Therefore, the two classes of junior high department in Taipei Municipal Cheng Yuan Senior High School; the number of the targets is two-hundred and eighteen people, were randomly selected and did the questionnaires of sport social support and the test of health related physical fitness to discuss the situation which sport social support makes differences in each grade. The information was analyzed in the statistics way of descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one way ANOVA etc. The following is the result: 1 The different grades' students have different levels of sport social support because their parents request for their children's study and the different peer group assurance. The male students' level is higher than the female students in sport social support because of the sex stereotype impression in the female students. 2. Physical fitness of each student is in norm-referenced test. For female student of the seventh, they just pass the test in strength and endurance part. 3. Sport social support is good for students' performance of physical fitness.
