排球運動技能及基礎選材之探討

摘要

目的：本研究旨在對排球運動員選材進行探討，主要分析選材相關文獻和選材評價指標內容，及運動技能及基礎選材測驗內容與方法，以期能幫助教練用簡單、方便的方式進行選材。方法：本文採文獻分析及內容分析對相關文獻進行研究。結果：一、根據不同位置、特點體能具體要求，全面瞭解發展潛力，為選材工作準備。二、輔以相應的選材測驗內容與方法，發掘具潛力的優秀運動員予以培訓，加強專項體能與運動技術訓練，再依選材、育才、訓練循環方式強化選材，藉此整體提升運動素質水準。三、針對各不同守備位置運動員選材特點，提高選材的成功成材率。

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the volleyball athlete selection, the main analysis of the contents of the selection of the relevant literature and selection of evaluation indicators, and sports skills and Foundation selection test content and methods, in order to help the coach with a simple, convenient way to carry out selection. Method: This research uses the Document Analysis and content analysis study relevant literature. Results: 1. According to a different location, the characteristics of physical specific requirements, a comprehensive understanding of the potential for development, to prepare for the selection of work. 2. Supplemented with the appropriate selection of test content and methods to explore potential elite athletes to be training, to enhance the special physical and training to strengthen selection, accordance with the manner of selection, training, cycle, thereby enhancing the overall standard of athletic ability. 3. Selection of features for different fielding position athletes, improve the selection of the success and finished product rate.
