游泳池管理顧問業產業概況與經營策略之分析

The Industry Overview and Operation Strategies Analysis of Swimming Pool Facilities Hosting Industry

摘要


由於經濟改革、企業形態改變,游泳池業者的營運方式面臨前所未見的鉅變。過去游泳池業主大多是採用從自主興建主建物並自行營運的經營方式,但如今公家機構游泳池、民營游泳池、社區游泳池、學校游泳池等游泳池業者,在面臨人力資源、缺乏器材、減少業務、轉移風險、成本過高等經營管理問題,多是選擇將興建完畢的游泳池委託他人代為管理或營運。此舉除了解決經營管理問題外,也間接促成游泳池代管業的蓬勃發展。本文首先探討游泳池管理顧問業的定義、產業特色後,接著提供各項經營策略方法,供相關單位參考。

Since economic reform, enterprise morphological changes, the mode of operation of the swimming pool industry is also facing unprecedented upheaval. most of the pool owners from the self-construction of the main building and operating their own business. But the owner of public sector institutions, private swimming pool, community swimming pool and school swimming pool Business management issues facing human resources, lack of equipment, reduce business risk transfer, and the high cost. Many choose to pool construction is completed commissioned on behalf of the management. Not only solving management problems, but also indirectly contributed to the pool hosting industry flourish. This paper discusses definition and characteristics of the pool hosting industry, then try to provide strategies for business to those relevant units.
