研究者本身在幾年前從參與長跑、馬拉松的比賽轉變成為三鐵愛好者,希望能夠了解鐵人三項同好的參與動機以及參與此項運動後的遊憩體驗,並希望藉由這次的調查與研究,將鐵人三項推廣給更多體育愛好者們。本篇論文主要探討的目的有三點:一、參與者的動機與遊憩體驗;二、不同的變因下參與鐵人三項的動機與遊憩體驗是否有所變化;三、鐵人三項的受眾與推廣優勢。經由問卷調查後發現,大多數的參與者之參與動機都是建立在生理以及心理層面的滿足,如:提升專注力、體態;建立成就感以及信念等等,這個現象不論是以參與者的年齡、性別、收入…等等條件為變數都頗為相似。此外,參與者大多認為享受參賽的氛圍是他們參與鐵人三項的遊憩體驗。最後,本研究發現鐵人三項這項運動的受眾,大多是青壯年、收入也落在4-5萬元最多,大多數的人訓練時間也約莫一天一小時,因此或許對於沒有參加過鐵人三項競賽的人而言,這是一項艱鉅的挑戰,但事實上只要適當的訓練,其實鐵人三項也可以是一個推廣至大眾的運動項目。

After the questionnaire survey, it was found that most of the participants' motivation for participation was based on physical and psychological satisfaction, such as: improving concentration and posture; establishing a sense of accomplishment and belief, etc., regardless of the age of the participant, Gender, income, etc. The conditions for variables are quite similar. In addition, most participants think that enjoying the atmosphere of the competition is their recreational experience of participating in a triathlon. Finally, this study found that the audience of the triathlon sport is mostly young and middle-aged, and the income is at most 40,000 to 50,000 yuan. Most of them also train for about one hour a day. Therefore, perhaps for those who have not participated in the triathlon. This is a daunting challenge for people who compete in events, but in fact, as long as proper training is needed, triathlon can also be a sport that can be promoted to the general public.
