學職契合觀轉向學職連結觀:以「文化心理學與實踐」學程實踐為例

From School-Occupation Fitness Concept Turn to Correlative: The case of "Culture Psychology and Practice" Class

摘要


高教畢業落入到弱勢工作者的邊緣地位(marginalized workforce)(Maynard& Ferdman,2008)。各國政府紛紛謀求對策,進行高等教育改革,意圖解決一連串問題,如生涯未定、高失業率、學用不相符等問題(劉孟奇、邱俊榮、胡均力,2006)。大學生就業議題方興未艾,然而學校與職場分屬兩不同結構處境,有其各自對應職業世界之邏輯,不可偏廢。在高等教育發展歷史中,文理- 專業的學門本有著不同的教育模式與目的, 不宜將兩者皆化約為專業訓練模式(Brint,Riddle,Turk-Bicakci,Levy,2005)。專業學門的教育邏輯,乃以學校知識與職業知識的契合(fitness)觀點作為連接兩處境的教育目的,此為學職契合觀點。文理學門若採用專業訓練模式,將喪失文理學門與職業關聯為多對多的特殊職業適應力優勢,因而不宜採用學職契合觀點,本課程乃採學用連結(correlative)觀點作為學職處境跨越的連結邏輯,藉由學門知識與實作練習等歷程建立起學職連結性。本課程以文理培育模式為例,建立三大階段性規畫促成學職連結。一、以基礎知識、方法學為起點。由基礎知識、方法學,特以方法學的培養,作為學職連結的起點。二、議題導向的知識建構歷程。以議題為實作演練,在歷程中建構對某議題的知識連結。三、實作與實務知識間對話。將實作中所建構的知識,與實務知識進行對話,用以回應學職知識之應用連結上的適應性。

Higher education youth graduate become disadvantaged work situation as marginalized workforce(Maynard & Ferdman,2008). Many government effort to improve the school-work issue in the higher education for instance career indecision, high Unemployment rate, learning-application inconsistency(pon,2010). Unemployment of youth graduate issue wait to solve, besides school and work belongs two separate structure.In higher education history Liberal Arts science and Profession school have different educate purpose, the profession training model cannot apply all,(Brint, Riddle, Turk-Bicakci, Levy,2005). Behind the profession training model is the fitness perspective between the school knowledge and occupation knowledge ,if the Liberal Arts science accepted the profession training model ,it could be lose its own advantage of occupation adaptability.The Liberal Arts science course dependent on correlative perspective of school to work transition. Three steps are first, knowledge of methodology learning, second, knowledge of methodology practice in field and discuss, last, online worker feedback.
