本論文研製為探討有參與校外實習的學生,於校內實務課程的成績表現及畢業後至職場就業接軌的成效。透過校外實習效益分析,確認實習的經驗對於學生在成績或畢業就業上,皆能有正面且大幅的助益。由此,能肯定各系在課程規劃方面做的不錯,也促使學生更願意參與校外實習。 校外實習效益分析,透過學校所提供之校外實習問卷調查表,利用交叉分析法及敘述性統計對問卷結果進行探討,並輔以Likert五點尺度作為評量依據,研究結果發現於本校實務課程規劃上,應加強“外語能力”、“專業知識與技術”、“穩定度及抗壓性”、“發掘及解決問題能力”、及“表達溝通能力”等五項指標。 實務課程成就效益,主要透過“校外實習名單”對應“學生歷年修課成績”,進行“學期、學年校外實習”學生之實務課程成績統計,從而建立、了解“校內實務課程”之規劃與開設,期望增加學生後續投入“學期、學年校外實習”之意願與助益。 畢業生就業力探討,透過“校外實習名單”對應“畢業生流向調查”系統,進行“學期、學年校外實習”學生畢業後之就業待遇統計,研究結果發現,有參與“校外實習”之學生,於“畢業後之就業待遇”方面,皆優於其他未修習“校外實習”之學生。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the academic performance of practical courses and the employability of graduates of the students who participated in off-campus internship. The study found that the off-campus internship experience is significantly positive and beneficial to students’ academic performance and employability of graduates. Therefore, it was recognized that the planning of the courses is quite good and increases students’ willingness to join off-campus internship. The analysis of the benefits of off-campus internships was through the off-campus internship questionnaire provided by the school; besides, using cross-analysis and narrative statistics to explore the results of the questionnaire, supplemented by the five-point scale of Likert as the basis for assessment. The result revealed that the practical courses design should be improved, especially on the below five indicators. Such as “foreign language ability”, “professional knowledge and skills”, “stability and resistance”, “ability of exploring and solving problem” and “communication ability”. The effectiveness of the practical courses was mainly based on the “list of Off-campus internship” corresponding to the “student’s grade of previous semesters”, and conducted the statistics of practical courses grades of “semester and academic year off-campus internship” students; so as to establish and realize the planning and opening of the “in-campus practical courses”. It was expected to increase the willingness and benefit of to involve in “semester and academic year off-campus internship”. The employability of graduates was discussed through the “list of off-campus internship” corresponding to the “survey of choice after graduation” system, and conducted the statistics of “semester and academic year off-campus internship” student’s salary. The study found that the “salary after graduation” of the students who participated in “off-campus internship”, is better than the students who haven’t taken “off-campus internship”.
