大學生參與社團之動機與參與程度之探討-以健行科技大學為例

摘要


隨著時代的變化,企業重視的不僅僅是學業成績、證照,而是人格特質、領導能力及心態等處事邏輯與能力為主要的注重因素。而在學校不僅僅是完成學業的地方,社團參與對於學生也是很重要的一部分,除了,學業學分以外也有必修的社團學分,可見學校的主旨在讀書以外,培養學生的休閒活動是很注重的。因此本研究目的在於探討學生社團的參與動機與參與程度,使學生在社團達到休閒及學業的兼顧。本研究使用問卷調查法,以健行科技大學學生探討社團的參與動機與參與程度現況,提供相關分析作為學校改善學生社團的參與行為之參考。本研究之研究結果顯示 一、健行科技大學學生對於「參與動機」,最認同的是參與學校社團使我培養團隊合作精神,但對於可使我紓解課業壓力、有歸屬感、將社團所學應用於日常生活是較無相關的。 二、健行科技大學學生在「參與程度」部分,認同度最高的是我可由學校社團了解別人的人格特質。 三、不同的年級、參與社團的資歷、及擔任社團幹部的經驗對「參與動機」具有顯著差異。 四、不同的性別、年級、學院、住宿情形、參與社團的資歷及擔任社團幹部的經驗對「參與程度」具有顯著差異。 五、健行科技大學學生認為「參與動機」的所有問題都會影響他們的社團「參與程度」。

Along with the change in times, when recurring an employee, enterprises should not only pay attention to academic achievement and license, but also focus on personality leadership and mentality. School is not just a plcae for learning, student’s club participation is also a very important part for students. There also have compulsory alliance credits in addition to credits. Training students' leisure activities is a very important mission in school. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the motivation and participation of students’ clubs. This study used a questionnaire to survey the current status of motivation and participation levels of students in Chien Hsin university of Science and Technology. This study provided useful infration for the university to increase the student participation of student club. The results showed: 一、For the "participation motivation"of Chien Hsin university student, the most important thing is that participating in the school community has enabled me to cultivate a team spirit, but it is relatively irrelevant for me to relieve the pressure of classwork, have a sense of belonging, and apply the society to apply to daily life. 二、In the "Participation" section of Chien Hsin university student, the highest level of recognition is that I can understand the personality traits of others by the school community. 三、Different grade levels, the qualifications of participating clubs, and the experience of serving as a cadre have significant differences in the motivation for participation. 四、Different leader, in colleges or accommodations and experience as a differences in the level of participation.
