The objectives of this study are to: 1. explore the practical competence and professional knowledge of the coffee shop managers, 2. design professional training courses for the coffee shop managers, 3. design relative training courses as an index for future researchers. This study employs Delphi questionnaire survey with interview guide approach. Convenience sampling is used to survey 30 professionals, including 17 respondents from the academic and 13 respondents from the hospitality industry. This research studies coffee shop managers' practical competence, including their basic competence and core competence. As references for the academic and coffee shop business, suggestions are made based on the research findings of this study.
