企業生涯興趣量表之效度驗證性研究

摘要

本文主要是應用Business Career Interest Inventory (Butler & Waldroop, 1997)一書中所發表的測驗量表，經過心理學教授與專家逐題翻譯與校正後，修編爲適合國內高學歷學生與商業環境人員使用的商業興趣量表，並以我國商管學院以及觀光相關研究所研究生爲施測對象，逐步進行標準化，檢測量表的信度與效度，最後提出改進量表的建議。研究結果顯示修正後的企業生涯興趣量表能夠符合內部的一致性、再測信度與效標關聯效度之同時效度等考驗。

The present research applied the Business Career Interest Inventory presented (BCII) by Butler and Waldroop (1997) to test the validity of the instrument. Psychological scholars and experts were invited to double translate the BCII, and then the instrument was distributed to the graduate students within business colleges and tourism colleges to test the reliability and validity. The research results revealed that the revised BCII had satisfactory internal consistency, test-retest reliability, and the concurrent validity of criterion-related validity.
