摘要

本研究主要目的在探討鹿港地區居民對觀光衝擊層面、觀光發展的態度與看法，以供鹿港發展觀光之決策參考。分析過程中，將以相關研究理論與方法爲基礎，調查分析鹿港地區的觀光衝擊層面－社會文化、經濟、環境衝擊以及居民對於觀光發展的態度與看法。並瞭解居民背景特性、與遊客接觸程度、居住地區等變項之間的關係。本研究之對象爲彰化縣鹿港鎮16歲以上居民，樣本選擇以戶爲單位，進行家戶訪問的問卷調查，共取得432份有效樣本。經實證研究所得到的結果顯示：一、鹿港居民對於觀光發展傾向於支持，觀光衝擊在經濟與社會文化呈現正向衝擊，實質環境則呈現負面衝擊。二、將觀光衝擊因素分析後，歸納出八大類：「稅收與公共環境」、「文化學習」、「經濟發展」、「生活環境」、「文化設施」、「地方認同」、「文化遊憩」、「商業行爲」。三、居民屬性對於觀光發展的態度與看法有顯著相關。

The main purpose of this study was to discuss tourism impacts and to explore residents' perceptions of the impacts of tourism development on the Lu-Kang area. The study analyzed social, cultural, economic, and environmental impacts in relation to residents' attitudes toward tourism development. Analysis considers residents' background, contact with visitors and where they live. Data were collected fro Chang-Hua County Lu-Kang town residents 16 and older. A questionnaire was distributed in person. The data collection yielded 432 valid responses. Based on the findings, three major conclusions could be drawn. 1. Lu-Kang residents tend to support tourism development and in their opinion that tourism development brings positive social, cultural and economic impacts but brings the negative impacts for the environment. 2. The result of factor analysis showed the impacts of tourism were associated with 8 dimensions: tax revenue and public environment, cultural learning, economic development, living environment, cultural facilities, place approval, cultural recreation, business behavior. 3. Based on differences of residents' background, there are differences on the recognition of administrative policy, the cognition of tourism impact and the support of tourism development.
