苗栗縣南庄鄉居民觀光衝擊認知之探討

摘要

自從實施週休二日政策之後，休閒旅遊時間增加，帶動國內休閒旅遊風潮，為台灣觀光市場帶來龐大商機，國人旅遊型態也漸由大眾模式轉向小眾旅遊模式，鄉村旅遊風氣也因應而生。觀光事業發展對於位處偏遠地區的南庄鄉帶來繁榮與發展，然而伴隨觀光而來的負面衝擊為現今學者所關注的議題之一。本研究採用實地觀察法與問卷調查法，對苗栗縣南庄鄉之觀光資源與其觀光發展現況進行調查，並且針對居民以觀光衝擊為研究架構，探討環境、經濟、社會文化三大層面所產生的觀光衝擊。本研究共發放515份問卷，有效問卷345份，以統計軟體SPSS為分析工具，採T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析等方法進行居民認知分析。
研究結果顯示：（一）整體衝擊認知正面大於負面，（二）現階段居民對於觀光發展呈現支持態度，但對於觀光發展瞭解程度尚未清楚，（三）社區參與程度對於觀光衝擊認知會產生顯著性影響，（四）居民基本屬性對於觀光衝擊認知會產生顯著性影響。

With the implementation of two-day-off police, people demand more leisure activities. Rural tourism has become the new industry in Taiwan. As rural tourism brings the tourist into countryside, negative impacts as well as economic benefits will both show up. The negative impacts are attracted many researchers. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact perceptions of civilian in Nanjhuang. The impact perceptions will include environment, economical, social and cultural.
The study used questionnaires to survey resident’s perceptions and attitudes for tourism development in Nanjhuang. The study has distributed a total of 515 questionnaires, and recalled a total of 345 effective questions. Data was analyzed by T-test、One-way ANOVA、Factor analysis and Pearson Product-monent Correlation. Based on the findings, four major conclusions could be drawn as follows: 1. In over all the residents’ perceptions is in negative side. 2. The residents tend to support tourism development but, they don’t understand about development details. 3. The degree of community involved will influence their impact perceptions. 4. Different characteristics of residents will influence their impact perceptions.
