居民社區依附與其觀光衝擊認知關係之研究

摘要

本研究主要針對居民社區依附與觀光衝擊認知之關係進行實證研究。將社區依附分爲「網絡」、「參與」、「情感」三構面，而觀光衝擊認知則採取「經濟」、「社會文化」、「環境」三個構面，以評斷居民對於觀光發展持正面或負面態度。使用問卷分析調查法，以三峽鎮居民爲抽樣對象。研究結果發現，三峽老街周邊居民之社區依附感以「網絡」構面之程度最高，居民的居住時間與社區依附間並無顯著差異。在觀光發展部分，三峽老街周邊居民對於其觀光發展抱持正面態度，衝擊認知以「經濟」影響最大，並且偏向正面。同時也發現居民的社區依附感愈高，愈支持觀光發展，但兩者之相關程度爲低度相關；亦即居民的社區依附感愈高，愈支持觀光發展，但其影響程度並不大。

This study explored the relationship of residents' community attachment and tourism impact. Networks, participations, sentiment attachment were considered as the main factors of community attachment. The cognition of tourism impact regarding the impacts of economic, social-culture and environment were investigated. Based on these points of view, the resident's attitude of welcoming or unenthusiastic about the tourism development was evaluated. Questionnaires were mailed to the residents who lived in San-sia Town. The results of this study were achieved as follows: the residents' community attachment was mainly affected by the ”networks” factor. The major impact of tourism development was considered to be economic. Most of the residents held a positive attitude on tourism development. The higher the community attachment of the residents, the more positive attitudes of them toward tourism development were found.
