The main purpose of this study to construct and explore of the semiconductor industry should have the management competency. To explore management competency gap of the semiconductor industry. This study use, literature review, interviews, expert review and questionnaire survey methods. The study found that competent competency has significant differences from HR manager and all-level manager; and all level-manager have needed to strengthen the management competency. Based on research findings, propose specific measures for the semiconductor industry, nurturing, training and management personnel to enhance the ability of the reference.
