摘要

本研究引用澳洲學者Onyx and Bullen（2000）的社會資本量表為基礎，並參考Phongsavan（2006）等學者所提出的三構面，而以923位社區志工為研究樣本，進行探索性因素分析及驗證性因素分析，藉K-10非特異性心理壓力量表和CES-D憂鬱量表為效標作相關分析來篩檢受試者的心理健康狀態。實證結果確認三構面15題的社會資本量表，其組合信度為.79，平均變異抽取量為.58，此量表在各項模型適配指標都達到良好標準，個人社會資本與其非特異性心理壓力和憂鬱程度皆呈顯著負相關，得到良好的效標關聯效度。此量表之引用對未來有關的研究能提供更方便的測量工具，值得後續之研究與探討。

This paper studies the relationship between social capital and individual mental health. We also verify the appropriateness of Onyx & Bullen's social scale (2000) and refer to Phongsavan et al. (2006) addressed the three dimension in the population of Taiwan. The paper is performed through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis from the scares of 923 southern Taiwan volunteer social workers. We measure the individual distress and the relationship through both Kessler's nonspecific distress scale and CES-D scale. Our results show that the 15-item and 3-dimension TSCS (Chinese version) has good criterion-related validity, where the composite reliability is 0.79, and average variance of analysis is 0.58. All the factors of TSCS are negatively correlated with individual mental health. Through our results, we observe that the TSCS is an applicable tool which can be used to measure the level of individual social capital in the community, and the TSCS is warranted to do further research and analysis.
