The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personal knowledge management and professional performance, and the differences in the personal knowledge management among universities PE teachers with background variables. To achieve the purpose of this study, a literature review was conducted to examine relevant literature about knowledge management and professional performance. The sample of the study consists of universities PE teachers which were distributed to collect data, and 262 valid surveys were returned for a 91% response rate. SPSS (Statistical Package of Science) for Windows 12.0 was conducted and the data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The results of this study show that the university PE teachers have higher perception in personal knowledge management that represents they have positive evaluation on their personal knowledge management.
