鞋業南向海外開發人員社會職能三因子分析

Applying Three-Factor Theory to Identify Social Competency of Product Development Project in Overseas Footwear Industry

摘要


隨著市場對時尚流行的敏感與需求日增,鞋業開發專案期程越來越短暫且注重時效性,而專案期間更需要經常性面對各專案廠商與顧客所拋出的問題與困難進行處理,因此鞋業開發專案幹部須具備多元職能加以因應。本研究針對鞋業的海外開發專案人員進行社會職能之關鍵因素調查。以三因子模式分析後發現在鞋業海外開發專案人員的社會職能,發現有7 個項目屬於基礎因子,有4 個項目屬於績效因子,另有7 個項目屬於興奮因子,對於專案滿意有著重要的影響力,相關結果可供開發專案之求職者做為職能準備或企業員工培訓單位能在職前或在職訓練中,強化海外開發專案人員的相關職能,協助企業能在專案管理上更為圓滿。

This study attempted to identify the key social competencies of supervisors of product development project in footwear industry. Total of 296 valid questionnaires were collected and regression analysis and three-factors theory were utilized to identify the influencing social competency factors based on project satisfaction. From 32 social competency items, there are 7 basic items, 4 performance items and 7 exciting items were identified as influencing social attributes for footwear product development. Conflict management and, team building, motivation and leadership were considered as basic skills whereas the organizational awareness and personal relationship will serve as contributing factors to be an outstanding product development supervisors.
