製鞋業企業資源規劃系統再造之研究

摘要


本研究以個案公司探討舊有系統(Legacy systems)在企業營運據點擴增後,造成資料查詢不易,使得管理者缺乏資料參考,造成企業決策錯誤與管理困難等問題。根據舊有系統作為初步的系統規格,再依照企業需求進行新系統開發,以Web-Based介面以及集中式資料庫為系統架構,建置一企業內部ERP系統。經新舊系統評估比較,新系統能提高資料準確性與即時性,尤其是在系統整合與資料查詢上更突顯其優勢。

The study is about a legacy system in an industrial company of footwear manufacturing. While the bases of enterprise operations expand, it will cause the data distributed and hard to get the know-how easily. In further, the legacy system will make business managers hard to obtain the integrated information for decision-making reference. Based on the legacy system as an initial system, it is modified into a newly developed system by following each enterprise’s requirement. The architecture is based on Web-Based and centralized database and developed to an internal ERP system. By comparing both the old and the new systems, the new system increases the information accuracy in real-time. Particularly on system integration and data inquiry, the new system is superior to the old system to a great extent.
