休閒農業產業融合的競爭路徑之研究－花露休閒農場為例

摘要

本研究探討休閒農業產業融合的角色與路徑，找出其優缺點，再提出休閒農業產業融合的競爭路徑模式。透過訪談個案農場與相關人員，取得分析資料。最後，在鄉村振興的同時，各地須因地制宜，依據環境與資源競爭優勢，找出符合自己的休閒農業產業融合競爭路徑。研究建議，建議其他農場應考慮生態面、綠色加工、旅遊服務、科技面向以及資源基礎，創建自己的產業融合競爭路徑。

This study discusses the roles and the competitive paths for industrial integration to leisure agriculture in China, it advantages and disadvantages and finally a competitive model was drawn. Data was collected by depth interview to case farm and related persons. Moreover, the policies should be made based upon its competitive advantage of environment and resources when considering to the rural revitalization. Then the competitive paths for industrial integration to leisure agriculture could be found for itself. Finally, such as ecology integration, green processing, tourism service, intelligence technology, and resources based should be considered when farm's going to find competitive paths for industrial integration.
