本研究旨在探討國小高年級學童教師支持、學習態度及學習成效之現況,以及三者之間的相關性。本研究以新北市某國小高年級學童為研究對象,本研究共發出567份問卷,回收問卷計有522份,其中有效問卷樣本516份,有效問卷樣本回收率約為91%。本研究發現國小高年級學童教師支持、學習態度及學習成效之現況均有正向的表現;國小高年級學生之教師支持與學習態度具正相關;國小高年級學生之學習態度與學習成效具正相關;國小高年級學生之教師支持與學習成效亦具正相關;國小高年級學生之學習態度在教師支持與學習成效間有中介關係,由此可知教師支持會影響學生的學習態度,而學生的學習態度也會影響學生的學習成效。依據研究結果,建議國小現職教師們應對學生提供更多的關懷與協助,才能改善學生學習態度,進而促進學生學習成效。
The study is set out with the aim of understanding the relationships among teacher support, learning attitudes and learning achievement in senior of primary school, and monitoring the execution of current situation. In this study, with a total of 567 valid participants from senior pupils of primary school, 522 questionnaires are received, in which 516 questionnaires are valid, and the effective response rate is 91 percent. The research adopted Multiple Regression Analysis to verify the result. The outcome of this study shows that all teacher support, learning attitudes and learning achievement in senior of primary school stay positive; the relationship between teacher support and learning attitudes in senior of primary school has positive correlative property, also between learning attitudes and learning achievement in senior of primary school; Teacher support and learning achievement in senior of primary school has positively related with. Learning attitudes has intermediary relations between teacher support and learning achievement. The study finds out teacher support has effect upon learning attitudes. Learning attitudes affects learning achievement. According to the result of this study, the teachers in primary school should be more of assistance and solicitude to improve learning attitudes of pupils, then to enhance learning achievement of pupils.
