桃園市國中生運動參與程度、自我效能與幸福感之關係研究

A Study of Relationship among Exercise Participation Level, Self-Efficacy and Well-Being of Junior High School Students in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究藉由運動參與程度公式、自我效能量表和幸福感量表,探討桃園市國國中學生運動參與程度、自我效能與幸福感之關係。透過問卷調查及統計,問卷共572份。經由敘述性統計、皮爾森績差相關、簡單迴歸分析、多元迴歸分析和階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究結果發現:一、整體運動參與程度及運動頻率、運動時間需提高,方能有助於自我效能的提升。二、藉由整體自我效能及內在心理效能、外在環境效能的提升,能使個體愈加感到幸福。三、當整體運動參與程度提高、運動頻率增加、運動時間拉長,會使個體感到幸福的程度提高。四、整體運動參與程度會透過自我效能的增加進而提升個體整體幸福的感受,也會提升生活滿意、自我肯定與身心健康。本研究之發現期能提供國中學生、國中教師、學校單位、政府單位及後續研究之參酌依據。

This study explored the relationship between exercise participation level, self-efficacy and well-being of junior high school students in Taoyuan city by using the exercise participation level formula, self-efficacy scale, and well-being scale. Through questionnaires and statistics, there are 572 questionnaires. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, simple liner regression, multiple liner regression and stepwise regression procedure. The results of this study found: 1. Exercise participation level, exercise frequency and excise time needs to be improved to help improve self-efficacy. 2. With the improvement of self-efficacy, internal psychological efficacy and external environmental efficiency, well-being can be in-creased.3.When the exercise participation level increases, the exercise frequency also increases, and the duration of exercise increases, individuals will feel more well-being. 4. Exercise participation level will increase well-being, life satisfaction, self-affirmation and physical and mental health through the increase of self-efficacy. The discovery period of this study can provide the discretionary basis for junior high school students, junior high school teachers, school units, government units, and follow-up research.
