The research is to evaluate the effects of Peer Counseling Program applied of Sex education for the students in the Department of Nursing Education (Five-Years Junior College program). A self-designed questionnaire for the sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior intention were adapted. The students who had the low scores bellowed 0.5 standard deviation in the previous questionnaire and participated in the Peer Tutoring Program of Sex education were the experiment group, while the control group hadn't received this Program. In the end, the effects of Peer Tutoring Program applied in this Sex Education were evaluated. All of these data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 for windows and the results were as bellowing: (1) There are 285 students in the third grade of the Nursing Department of Five-Years Junior College. The score of sexual knowledge in our study were deviated to lower achievements while the sexual attitude and behavioral intention showed the positive aspects. (2) The post-test scores of sexual knowledge and behavioral intention in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (p<.05). (3) The students in experimental group thought that the Peer Tutoring Program applied in Sex Education can provide the opportunity to share and discuss each other's knowledge and experience, so that they can get more knowledge about reproductive system and the methods of getting along with the opposite sex. The finding of this study will provide information for designing the instructions of sex education to schools or other relative constitutions.
